Strategic Plan

Our FY27–FY30 Strategic Plan represents our vision for the next three years as we build on a strong foundation of service, innovation, and community partnership. It reflects our commitment to strengthening organizational capacity, expanding access to life-saving services, and driving meaningful, lasting outcomes for survivors of domestic violence and their families.

Grounded in our mission and informed by the voices of survivors, staff, volunteers, donors, community partners, and other stakeholders, this plan establishes a clear roadmap for the future. It outlines the strategic priorities that will guide our decisions, investments, and actions as we work toward a community where every survivor has the opportunity to achieve safety, healing, stability, and hope.
